Online leader 'fika'

'Fika' is a Swedish daily custom of coming together with friends, family or colleagues and having a coffee together (and something sweet!) whilst chatting informally.

A chance for SI-PASS leaders to meet online

SI-PASS online leader fika focuses on leader development. It is a chance for SI-PASS leaders to meet in an informal setting online to exchange ideas and experiences. Get together over a cup of coffee or tea and a cinnamon bun (last item not mandatory) and share your best practice and your challenges with a wide network of SI-PASS leaders across Europe.

The fikas are hosted by the European centre for SI-PASS. They are hosted via Zoom and are 90 minutes long. The fikas are free of charge, but require registration. You can find the dates for upcoming fikas and the link to registration in the boxes to the right..
