Further training for SI-PASS Supervisors

Completing the initial SI-PASS Supervisor Training is the first step in developing a strong and sustainable SI-PASS programme. As programmes grow and contexts change, Supervisors often benefit from further opportunities to reflect, refresh their practice, and plan future development.

The European Centre for SI-PASS offers further training for already trained SI-PASS Supervisors who want to deepen their understanding, enhance their practices, or develop their programme.

  • Advanced Supervisor Training: Evaluation of the SI-PASS Programme. This training focuses on how to evaluate your SI-PASS programme in ways that are meaningful, manageable, and relevant to your institutional context and development needs.
  • Booster Training. This training supports Supervisors in reviewing their SI-PASS programme, identifying key areas for development, and setting clear intentions, aims, and next steps for strengthening future practice.

Booster training

This is an opportunity for you to reconnect with other trained supervisors and participate in hands-on activities and discussions. The Booster training aims to refresh your skills, update you on the latest developments within SI-PASS, and provide a platform for sharing experiences and best practices. 

The Booster training will be delivered online and includes:

  • a 90 minute introductory session aimed at setting the agenda and expectations for the training
  • one main training day, focused on refreshing your skills and updating you on the SI-PASS model
  • three practical follow-up sessions, spread across three months, designed to help you apply what you've learned, refine your programme, and overcome challenges. 

The Booster training is peer group sessions, facilitated and supported by a certified trainer (CT). The training provides ongoing guidance, fresh insights, and real-world solutions in a safe and confidential space. Stay connected, stay motivated, and keep growing!
