SI-PASS Supervisor fika - March 23, 2026

These free, hour-long Zoom sessions provide a relaxed space for SI-PASS supervisors across Europe to connect, share experiences, and discuss challenges. Inspired by the Swedish “fika” tradition, participants are encouraged to enjoy coffee and informal conversation with peers.

  • Lovely connecting and collaborating with each other, have shared experiences and learn from each other
  • Fika is my favourite. Especially when I'm tired and worn out, it's so motivating to meet with people who work with Leaders, and peer learning and ultimately have the same problems as I experience!
