Redirecting Questions

Redirecting questions can be considered the process most central to the SI-PASS programme. The process itself is fairly simple to understand but difficult to practice without a context in which to do so. The goal of this process is to encourage more and better student-to-student interactions in the sessions. It is based on the concept that we all learn better when we have to explain something to someone else. The natural tendency for anyone is to answer questions asked; this process requires the leader to suppress that tendency and redirect questions back to the group.
